About Us
At RehabDNA Physiotherapy, we believe physiotherapy is more than treating pain. It is about understanding the person behind the condition, identifying what is affecting movement and function, and helping each patient work toward meaningful recovery.
Based in Newmarket, Ontario, RehabDNA provides personalized physiotherapy and rehabilitation for people with musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, post-surgical needs, mobility challenges, and functional limitations.
Our Approach
Every patient is different. We begin by listening to your concerns, understanding your history and goals, and assessing how you move and function. From there, we develop an individualized rehabilitation approach and adapt it as you progress.
Our care may include physiotherapy assessment, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, movement and functional rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, gait and mobility training, injury prevention, and other appropriate physiotherapy techniques.

RehabDNA is led by Registered Physiotherapists Rakesh Choudhary and Sakshi Gaur, each with more than 10 years of clinical and academic experience. Their backgrounds include clinical physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, rehabilitation, long term care, hospital practice, and physiotherapy education.
